Jennifer was born and raised in Kelowna and has spent most of her professional life in the Okanagan. She graduated from Okanagan College with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree With Distinction, and also proudly holds her designation as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. Jennifer brings many years of private and public sector business knowledge to Potentia and draws on this experience when working on behalf of our clients.

Jennifer is skilled in areas such as HR Policies, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Attraction and Retention, HRIS project implementation, Disability Management, Culture Development, Career Planning, Mentoring, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Collective Agreements, and Operations Management including several office renovations and capital procurement projects.
